The initial scheme was designed as a post tensioned solution designed by Walsh Associates, typicallu utilising an 8.35m x 6m column grid. The slab depths varied depending upon loadings and included a 210mm slab, 225mm for internal podium and residential/hotel slabs, and a 300mm for the podium slab which is externally located. The average pour size of the scheme was 520m2 with typically 13 pours per floor for the residential areas, 12 pours for the mezzanine and 18 pours for level 1.
